Intuit has informed us that they are upgrading their systems to support new features and capabilities. As part of this change, they will no longer be able to support payments and connected services for QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale 18.0.
The following payments and connected services will be discontinued after August 10, 2021:
- QuickBooks Point of Sale Payments (merchant services)
- QuickBooks Point of Sale Gift Card Service
- Mobile Sync
- Store Exchange
- Support Plans including Live Support (phone, email, chat)
- Vendor Lookup Service
PLEASE NOTE, AFTER AUGUST 10, 2021, POS 18.0 CUSTOMERS WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO CRITICAL SECURITY PATCH UPDATES TO HELP PROTECT FROM CYPER-ATTACKS AND DATA THEFT.
We are offering an EARLY BIRD SPECIAL until June 11, 2021. For current POS 18.0 customers that are using Intuit Payments for credit card processing. The special is 60% off of POS 19.0 Software plus up to 4 free contactless pin pads per location. For customers that are not using Intuit Payments, the special is 50% off of the software until 8/10/21.
